If you are searching for an Airbnb management company in Miami, you are really looking for one thing: someone who will run your short-term rental properly so it earns more, without you living on your phone. That is exactly what WEPRO does. We are a Miami-focused management company that takes over pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination and repairs — while you stay the owner and keep the income.
Plenty of Miami management companies simply switch on a pricing tool and collect a percentage. A real management company earns its fee by treating your property as an individual case: analysing your exact neighborhood and competition, building a letting strategy, rewriting the listing, handling every guest message, and coordinating reliable local cleaners and trades. We do all of it — see the full scope on our Airbnb management in Miami page — and we tell you honestly what is working and what is not.
5%of booking revenue
We fix your pricing and listing so it earns more: listing rebuild, individual pricing and letting strategy, dynamic pricing setup and ongoing tuning.
First month free — the online work only (pricing strategy, listing rebuild, dynamic pricing), at no cost and no commission. The 5% starts only if you continue.

Because we are a full-service company, you can hand us everything or take a single service. Many owners start with optimization only, see the revenue lift, then add full management. Compare us honestly against the alternatives on our best Airbnb management companies in Miami page, or see exactly how the model works below.
It's a button in Airbnb. Your account stays yours — we get access to pricing, the calendar and messages, nothing more. You can remove us in one click, anytime.
Guests pay into your account. Airbnb splits our commission off automatically and sends the rest straight to you. We never hold your income and never invoice you.
Pricing, listing, guests, coordination. We're paid only when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee.
Cleaning, repairs and other physical services get one all-in quote. You approve a spending limit at the start — under it we act immediately, over it we ask you first, in writing. We schedule the work and verify the result.
The short version of what working with us actually looks like.
You send a listing link or just the address. Within 24 hours you get a free analysis of that specific property: a revenue estimate, the main problems in your current listing if you have one, and exact pricing for any service you asked about.
No obligation, and we will tell you honestly if your property is not a fit.
We rebuild your pricing strategy and your listing and run them for a full month, at no cost and no commission. Pricing strategy, listing rebuild, dynamic pricing setup and ongoing tuning are all included.
The honest caveat, stated once: this covers the online work only. Cleaning, property care, listing preparation and photography are separate services, quoted per property and paid for normally. After the free month, the 5% optimization commission starts only if you continue.
Airbnb has a built-in co-host role, and that is exactly what you grant us — one button, no transfer of ownership. The account remains registered to you, and our access is limited to three things: the pricing, the calendar and the guest inbox.
Nothing else is reachable from a co-host seat, and revoking it takes a single click whenever you want.
We assess the property first, in person or by video, and plan staging, pricing and what needs attention. Vetted local specialists clean and stage it, and a trusted local photographer shoots it — photos are the strongest driver of bookings.
Then we write the listing, set pricing and publish across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, usually within a day of the property being ready. There is no WEPRO onboarding fee. Any physical launch work — cleaning, staging, photography, locks or repairs — is quoted separately and approved before it is booked.
Payment goes from the guest to the platform, then to you. Airbnb deducts what we are owed at source and deposits the remainder in the account you registered, which means your income is never routed through a WEPRO account and no invoice from us ever lands in your inbox.
Commission is charged only on booking revenue: 5% for optimization or 10% for full management. Taxes, refundable deposits and separately quoted physical services are not part of the commission base. No booking, no commission.
You choose the guest filter: Standard, or Strict where only guests with verified ID, a real booking history and positive reviews can book automatically. Criteria are behavioural only.
Sensors measure sound levels only and never record conversations; cameras are exterior only. If an alert fires we message the guest on the record within two minutes, call at fifteen, and escalate to the platform safety line at twenty.
If something is damaged we document everything immediately and start the claim through the security deposit and platform protection. We can't promise every claim is paid, but we can promise it's handled fast and properly.
"No setup fee" means no WEPRO onboarding or account-opening charge. Physical work — cleaning, staging, photography, locks or repairs — is quoted separately at one all-in price and only booked after your approval.
Send the address, listing link and the support you need. We first review coverage, building requirements and each party’s responsibilities.
Agree platform access, payouts and owner-use dates before launch. Keep the outgoing manager’s access in place until the reservation handover is agreed.
The 10% Full Management plan includes listings, pricing, guests, calendars and operations coordination. Cleaning, repairs and other physical work receive separate quotes.
Set an urgent-repair spending limit. Planned work and costs above that limit are presented for approval before the specialist is booked.
Review future bookings, entry instructions, supplies and turnover dates. Every task needs a named responsible person and a handover date.
On $5,000 of commissionable booking revenue, 10% is $500. This is an example, not an earnings forecast: taxes, refundable deposits and separately quoted physical work are excluded.

Yes. We cover revenue optimization, 24/7 guest management, cleaning coordination and property care — as a full package or as individual services.
Fees vary with the scope and property; compare written quotes. WEPRO charges 5% for optimization-only or 10% for Full Management, with no upfront management payment. Cleaning and repairs receive a separate all-in quote approved before the job.
Send your listing or address for a free analysis. If it is a fit, you add us as a co-host on Airbnb and we start managing — no upfront payment and nothing to sign first.
No. Guest payouts go to your account, not ours, and you can remove our co-host access yourself at any time without asking us.
Yes. Optimization-only is 5% and covers the pricing strategy and the listing. If you want guest support and day-to-day operations too, that is Full Management at 10%.
No. Our agreement is open-ended and you can cancel anytime with no notice period and no exit fee.
Yes — remote owners are our core client. We run pricing, guests and calendars online and coordinate all physical work through vetted local specialists.
Ask these before you sign with anyone, us included. The answers separate a company that works for you from one that works around you.
"Who owns the listing — me or you?"
Some managers run your property under their own account and keep the listing, its reviews and its ranking history when you leave. Ask in writing. With a co-host model the listing stays in your account, so your reviews travel with you.
"Where do guest payouts land?"
If the answer is "into our account, and we remit to you monthly", you are extending them credit and carrying their solvency risk. Ask whether the platform can pay you directly instead.
"What is the total percentage, including everything?"
Headline rates often exclude cleaning coordination fees, maintenance markups, onboarding and photography. Ask for the all-in number on a realistic month, not the brochure figure.
"What is the all-in price for each physical job?"
Ask whether the written quote includes scheduling, call-outs, photo verification and correcting a failed job. The only useful comparison is the total price for the same scope and standard.
"What is the notice period, and what does leaving cost?"
Ninety days is common, and some agreements carry exit fees. Read the termination clause before the pricing page.
"Who answers a guest at 3am, and how fast?"
Ask for the actual median response time rather than "24/7 support", and ask whether it is a person or an autoresponder.
Our answers, for the record: the listing and payouts are yours, optimization is 5% and Full Management is 10% of booking revenue, physical jobs have one approved all-in price, there is no notice period or exit fee, and a guest at 3am usually hears back inside an hour. See full pricing.
