Your Guest Filter, Your Rules
A co-host seat includes the Instant Book settings, so deciding who can book automatically is one of the first things we agree with you. The criteria are behavioural only:

If a Guest Damages Something
We document everything immediately — photos, timeline, guest communication — and start the claim through the security deposit and Airbnb AirCover or the relevant platform protection. Airbnb has a built-in co-host role, and that is exactly what you grant us — one button, no transfer of ownership. The account remains registered to you, and our access is limited to three things: the pricing, the calendar and the guest inbox.
Nothing else is reachable from a co-host seat, and revoking it takes a single click whenever you want.

Getting live
We assess the property first, in person or by video, and plan staging, pricing and what needs attention. Vetted local specialists clean and stage it, and a trusted local photographer shoots it — photos are the strongest driver of bookings.
Then we write the listing, set pricing and publish across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, usually within a day of the property being ready. There is no WEPRO onboarding fee. Any physical launch work — cleaning, staging, photography, locks or repairs — is quoted separately and approved before it is booked.

How the money flows
Payment goes guest → platform → you. Airbnb deducts what we are owed at source and deposits the remainder in the account you registered, which means your income is never routed through a WEPRO account and no invoice from us ever lands in your inbox.
Commission is charged only on booking revenue: 5% for optimization or 10% for full management. Taxes, refundable deposits and separately quoted physical services are not part of the commission base. No booking, no commission.

When something goes wrong
You choose the guest filter: Standard, or Strict where only guests with verified ID, a real booking history and positive reviews can book automatically. Criteria are behavioural only.
Sensors measure sound levels only and never record conversations; cameras are exterior only. If an alert fires we message the guest on the record within two minutes, call at fifteen, and escalate to the platform safety line at twenty.
If something is damaged we document everything immediately and start the claim through the security deposit and platform protection. We can't promise every claim is paid, but we can promise it's handled fast and properly.
